Clash of Clans News: September Update and Gold Pass

The September update adds a temporary Yeti Undertaker troop, more Diggy levels and new Town Hall 18 Supercharges. It also moves Gold Pass and Season Challenges access down to Town Hall 3, changing early account progression.

October Clash-O-Ween adds Totem Thrower and a new Gold Pass

Supercell’s 1 October Clash-O-Ween announcement starts Cosmic Curse: Portal Panic for the month. The new temporary Totem Thrower attacks ground targets from range; every fourth attack throws a totem that stuns nearby defenses and creates a decoy. The event also schedules October Clan War League for 1–11 October and Clan Games for 22–28 October.

The October Gold Pass includes Shroud Queen as its exclusive Hero Skin, with Ghost Champion as the alternate option named by Supercell. The September WWE event and its Yeti Undertaker temporary troop ended on 1 October, so those rewards should no longer be described as current.

Gold Pass value, Town Hall and upgrade timing

  • Gold Pass rewards and seasonal event tasks reset monthly. Check the October event panel for current challenge deadlines and the in-game Gold Pass track for its full reward list; Supercell’s announcement highlights Shroud Queen and the alternate Ghost Champion skin.
  • Gold Pass progression uses daily tasks, Stamp Cards and choice nodes after the 2026 rework. Tasks stack to make catch-up possible, but unclaimed choice rewards may default at season end, so collect them before 31 October.

Clash of Clans World Championship 2026

  • The official guide confirms an October Last Chance Qualifier: eight highest-ranked unqualified teams compete for the final three Golden Tickets.
