Season 1: Ones to Watch runs through 22 October

EA’s launch update sets Season 1: Ones to Watch for 17 September–22 October. The campaign links Ones to Watch, Destined for Glory and Future Stars; eligible Ones to Watch items can receive upgrades for Team of the Week, Star Performer or Player of the Month recognition, plus a club-results boost described in EA’s rules.

EA’s 30 September Gameplay Developer Launch Update and 29 September Career Mode update are the newest title-specific news posts. The Grounds, including Clubs, is available only on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC and Nintendo Switch 2 according to EA’s platform note; older consoles do not get that mode.

Ultimate Team Season Pass and supported modes

  • Check the Season 1 pass page in Ultimate Team for tier progress and the current campaign end date. EA’s launch notice gives the season window; individual SBC, objective and live-event windows can close earlier.
  • Platform availability matters: The Grounds and Clubs are limited to current-generation/PC/Switch 2 platforms per EA’s disclaimer. Confirm edition-specific items and point grants through EA’s account and offer terms.

FC Pro 27 competitive pathway

  • The FC Pro 27 Open Ladder runs 21 Sep–3 Oct across ten online regions; Regional Qualifiers are scheduled for 5–7 November.
  • The $2.5 million figure announced by EA applies to the full season pool, not to the Open Ladder alone. Registration and qualification rules differ by region.
